I bought all my ingredients in the bulk section at Winco.
- 2 C. Almond Flour
- 2 C. Brown Rice Flour
- 1+1/2 C. Coconut Flour
- 1+1/3 C. Tapioca Starch/Flour
- 4tsp Xanthan Gum (This was sold in the bulk spices section)
Mix well. Store in an airtight container.
I like this mix, although it can be a bit heavy. Therefore, most of the recipes I use this in, I substitute half of the called for flour with Pamela’s Gluten Free Bread Mix.
